Return Process

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the item is disassembled and placed back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  We will provide you with shipping labels or coordinate a professional courier pickup from your address at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
